Does Auditwithus follow the Nepali fiscal year?
Yes. Dates are kept in Bikram Sambat and the fiscal year runs from Shrawan by default. A company that works in AD can switch its calendar without re-dating its history.
Can it prepare our VAT registers?
Yes. The sales and purchase registers and Annex 13 come out in the format the revenue office uses, with headings in English, Nepali or both, and download as Excel or PDF.
We have more than one branch. Will it work for us?
Yes. Stock is kept per branch, goods move between branches as transfers — including while they are on the road — and each branch can be reported on its own.
Is our data kept apart from other companies?
Every company has its own database file. A query in your account cannot reach another company's books, because they are not in the same place.
How do our staff sign in?
Each person gets an activation key, and can add a passkey — the fingerprint or face unlock on their device. What each person can do is set by their role.
